Welcome to Completely Gorgeous, we are a friendly hair/beauty salon and training academy based in Bitterne, Southampton We are highly experienced, passionate staff members who specialise in a number of different beauty treatments including nails, waxing, dermaplaning, brow treatments, lash extensions and many more. Alongside treatments we also offer fully accredited ‘The Guild’ training courses with our director, Carley.

I’m Carley, and I founded the salon in 2016. My aim was to create a place where you feel comfortable walking through the door, and leave feeling great. I can confidently say I’ve done that. There’s nothing more heart warming than reading positive reviews, and seeing returning clients come back through the doors years later. I work so hard ensuring my team are happy & motivated so anyone visiting the salon gets the best service. As well as making sure we are always running smoothly, and providing beauty treatments, I also teach fully accredited beauty courses. The best part about my job is making people feel happy & watching my team thrive. In my spare time, I am a proud mum to a 1 year old so every minute is devoted to him alongside seeing friends and family.
I am Jem and I am the assistant salon manager here at Completely Gorgeous. I have worked here for 7 years now and honestly could not imagine working anywhere else. I have 10+ years experience and love having a variety of treatments to do. I am so happy and honoured to be a part of such a special team and I can’t wait to see what else is in store for us in the future. The favourite thing about my job is making people feel special is the most important part of my job and when people leave happy I love it.
I’m Freya and I am currently the newest addition to the Completely Gorgeous team as a apprentice in July 2023. I had a complete switch of career paths and to say I am loving it is an understatement! I have such a passion to learn and perfect everything I am taught in order to provide amazing, high quality treatments. Alongside my apprenticeship I have recently trained In eyelash extensions which I can’t wait to offer. Watching people walk away feeling relaxed, refreshed and with a smile on their face is the best feeling for me!
Outside of work I love spending the with loved ones and going for dinner especially Italian!
Hi, I am Rhianna and I am a Beauty Therapist apprentice and I am loving every minute. I love learning, practicing and perfecting techniques that I am taught by my colleagues. So far I have been taught and qualified in gel manicures and pedicures and I am moving on to lash lifts. My favourite thing about my job would be learning new things in the salon everyday and having conversations with regular clients whilst getting to know them. I enjoy doing manicures and pedicures as it means clients leave with a big smile on their face. Outside of work, I love to spend time with friends and family and going shopping.
